Who are we looking for?
You are currently enrolled at a university, and we expect you to have a strong team player spirit. This position calls for someone with a structured approach, the ability to build relationships and work constructively with others to achieve business goals.
Finally, it is an advantage that you:
- Are currently studying at BSc or MSc level with a minimum of 2 years left of your studies (ideally, we are looking for someone who can join for a minimum of 2 years)
- Have programming skills (e.g. Python), and knowledge in Power BI, MS Office
- Have proficiency in oral and written English

Working hours will be approximately 15-20 weekly, with flexibility in work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Overall, you will assist the company in building digital solutions to improve productivity in enhancing processes and reporting. You will report to the Head of Treasury and be part of the Digital team in Finance.
Your area of responsibility will include tasks such as:
- Maintain and update existing RPA and Power BI reports
- Identify process automation possibilities / improvements and new ways of working in support functions (Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Communication, General Services)
- Develop and code programs that meet the defined solutions approach
- Document the automation procedures
- Assist the team in coordinating the implementation of digital projects and with daily treasury operations.
