This is an offshore rotation role (28×28) in Equatorial Guinea. The role will be offered on full time employee basis, travel, accommodation and food while on rotation is provided.

 

 

JOB TITLE:  Subsea Engineering Advisor

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Supports operations in:

  • Subsea activities offshore 

  • ROV coordination activities

  • Emergency Respond Team member

  • Programs Owner for Integrity Management Programs for Subsea, flowlines and risers (Annual System 

  • Reviews, equipment strategy reviews, Programs Key Performance Indicators review)

  • Point of contact for ROV and Subsea equipment OEM

  • Overseeing all activities and providing guidance

  • Ensure BU is aligned with all activities 

  • Review / approve Management of Change plan for progress as well as closing action items assign to the

    role

  • Attend the daily production meetings, the monthly safety meetings, integrity management programs

    review and others meetings as requested

  • Other duties as required and determined by Department 

  •  To attend all mandatory for employees Company training programs and seminars, including computer[1]based programs;

  • Close collaboration with the corrosion group for gas lift and oil lines inspections

  • Close collaboration with the Production Engineering Team in support of wells instrumentations and 

  • valves works

  • Ensure successful safe operation during the installation of subsea equipment offshore;

  • Review, prepare and revalidate procedures as needed.

 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: 

  • B.S. or Higher; Engineering or related Science based degree

  • Understanding of Subsea and offshore 

    operations

  • Competent in Subsea Engineering related

    skills areas

  • Competent or better in several Risk

    Engineering Skill areas

  • Understands Integrity Systems for

    production.

  • 10+ years’ experience in Subsea

    recommended
