Our summer internship is a 7-weeks programme designed to provide the experience and skills you need in your studies and future career. Our Norwegian internship will begin on 23 June and ends on 8 August 2025.

The position

Equinor’s most important asset is our people and in People & Organisation (PO) we have around 450 employees globally providing advice, support, specialist services and operational services to all areas of the company.

This coming summer you will participate in tasks and projects within the PO area called Attraction, Recruitment and Induction (ARI). ARI is responsible for all subjects related to employer branding, recruitment, emerging talents development (graduate, internship and apprenticeship programmes), induction, in addition to hiring manager, candidate and employee experience. We are supporting the business by ensuring that we have the competence and capabilities needed today and in the future to be a leader in the energy transition.

You

For this position we are looking for those with:
• Currently studying for Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong academic record within Human resource management, organizational psychology, management/leadership, marketing, project management, business or other relevant studies.
• Fluent in English.
• No more than two years of relevant full-time work experience.
• Have completed at least two years of higher education before the internship programme starts (23 June 2025).
• Have at least one year of higher education left after the internship programme ends (8 August 2025).
• The interns need to be located in the country where the internship takes place during its entire duration. Equinor does not support any relocation for our summer interns.
• Candidates must have the necessary work permit for the country in which they are applying for a position. The work permits must be valid at the point of application and for the duration of the employment. • Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work are an advantage.
