We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to lead project teams, coordinate daily operations, and ensure timely and high-quality execution of work within our industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise daily project activities.
- Plan and prepare work in collaboration with team leads and production management.
- Provide technical input and ensure project feasibility.
- Monitor progress, quality, and safety on site.
- Act as the main contact for clients, subcontractors, and inspectors during execution.
- Lead a team (direct & indirect), conduct evaluations, and ensure team development.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project coordination or team supervision in a technical or industrial setting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to read technical drawings and provide hands-on guidance.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a plus.
- Willing to take ownership of quality, planning, and team performance
