- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, CPM) is a plus
- Proven experience in managing procurement activities for large-scale offshore projects, including FEED and EPCI contracts, rigs contracts and well engineering contracts within the oil and gas industry.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in procurement in the Oil & Gas industry, with at least 5 years focused on offshore development projects.
- Experience working in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment.
- In-depth understanding of FEED and EPCI contract structures and requirements.
- Strong knowledge of drilling rig, well engineering material and services contracts
- Strong understanding of offshore project requirements and challenges (in particular in North America / Mexico).
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and attention to detail.
- Leadership skills with ability to manage and motive a team.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic project environment.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
- Enthusiastic, open and driven individual with strong HSEQ and leadership skills
- Advance Proficiency in English and Spanish (write and spoken)
