We are looking for a passionate and motivated Talent Hub HR Manager to join our Global Projects Centre (GPC) business unit. This is a full-time role for a period of 7 months and can be based in any of our locations which are in a European time zone and will report to the GPC East HR Director.
Our GPC region is split in to two regions, GPC West and GPC East, and the Talent Hub supports both regions as an HR Centre of Excellence that integrates three key HR specialties: Talent Acquisition & Attraction, Talent Management and Learning & Development, and Reward & Retention. Its mission is to provide a consistent, fair, and equitable experience throughout our employees’ life cycle, as well as the tools, empowerment and added value to our business stakeholders to deliver the desired performance outcomes.
Due to the timescales of the role, ideally the selected candidate will start in October 2024 to allow a proper handover and a positive integration in the role and team.
What will you be doing?
- Work in close partnership with GPC West and GPC East HR Directors and Senior Management Teams to setup an aligned and consistent regional people strategy within the three key specialty areas.
- Anticipate and establish, alongside with the Team Leads, a key role within the implementation of a major HR system transformation being implemented end of the year and how the team will support the Business through this change management process.
- Continue consolidating, embedding, and advancing pushing the overall Talent Hub strategy and identity and key deliverables within the Business.
- Manage, cascade and provide direction and advisory to the Talent Hub’s Team Leads to support the delivery of the department’s key goals.
- Work within culturally diverse teams, developing and maintaining solid business relationships to drive consensus and alignment across stakeholder groups and functions.
- Maintain a solid relationship and partnership with HR local, regional and global teams.
- Drive and provide regular updates to the Business and HR teams on the key initiatives being implemented/deployed within the Talent Hub.
What experience would we like you to have?

- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Management, or a related field is required.
- Proven experience working in a multinational and regional scope is required.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in a global and matrixed environment, providing guidance and influence to leaders.
- Proven experience working in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management or Reward fields is highly valued.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in team management roles is required.
- Experience in developing, coordinating and leading regional teams in multicultural environment and hybrid setting.
- A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively establish relationships and communicate across a variety of stakeholders both internal and external, up to the highest levels. Fluency in English is required.
