Job Description

Are you looking for a challenging career move? We are currently looking for new interns that can tag along and be part of a multicultural team within our Tender Coordinator team in Jakarta.

The Tender Coordinator is a Commercial Center position responsible for ensuring high quality preparation of tenders, proposal and qualifications that communicate the value of our service offerings. You will be expected to support and ensure the standard Tender templates and formats are adhered to, and keeps the tender team informed on the schedule and internal deadlines of the submission. This is typically a 6-month internship position that can mature into a position as a full-time employee.


A mentor, a manager, a team leader with technical mastery in your area of study will give you best assistance, guiding you through your period of practical training with experience and advice.
 

Minimum Job Qualifications

 Key competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable university, preferably business administration.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good Learning skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Adaptability
  • Team player
  • Ability to communicate effectively and interact with, as well as support, effective partnerships with management, peers, and internal stakeholders.

 

What we offer:

  • Your internship would be a paid program, with a labour contract for a period of 6 months, 8 hrs/day with the possibility, if performing, to be able to become a permanent colleague of ours;
