Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years in PV bids or design engineering.
- BSc/BA in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Excellent English; a second language is a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical thinker.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, PV systems knowledge is a bonus.
- Strong time management and bidding process expertise.
- MS Office proficiency, supplier knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze technical docs, propose designs, and simulate PV layouts.
- Prepare cost calculations, commercial and technical proposals.
- Coordinate internally for bid info, supporting the Business Development team.
- Participate in Bid/No Bid process, building strong relationships with suppliers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of bidding strategies.
