Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Test and Assembly Manager, based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities:
* Technical Oversight: Manage the assembly process for subsea equipment, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
* Engineering Collaboration: Assist the engineering teams in designing customised subsea solutions, from conceptualisation to detailed design, manufacturing, and testing.
* Commercial Acumen: Understand and negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions related to projects. Maximise project profits and identify value optimisation opportunities.
* Client Relationship: Leverage existing client contacts to bring new work opportunities to the organisation.

Qualifications:
* Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of OEM subsea equipment.
* Apprenticeship: Completed an engineering apprenticeship or relevant technical training.
* Business Skills: Commercially aware with the ability to manage contracts and project profitability.
* Leadership: Effective leadership skills to oversee assembly teams and achieve production goals.
