As a North Africa Sales Manager, you will responsible for winning business, developing notions on midterm developments for own department and elaborating suggestions for strategic plan of the larger unit.
As an North Africa Sales Manager , you will be responsible for:
- Being responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects within a geographic area
- Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
- Performing technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
- Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.
- Handling diverse clients in a region..
- Handling country or Large Territory.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Sales.
- Have good knowledge of Baker Hughes wireline technologies.
- Have good oral and written communication skills and proven interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Be able to influence others and lead small multi-disciplinary teams.
- Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact & coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Have effective problem identification and solving skills.
